Iberian Salchichón is made with the lean and fat of the Iberian ham, with a touch of the Pedro Ximénez complement that gives it aroma and juiciness. And it is only available in season.
The customer receives the flavor of Jabugo in a piece vacuum-packed, perfect to be preserved until its consumption.
To enjoy its entire flavor, we recommend open the vacuum-packed at least one hour before serving, leaving it at room temperature until consumption.
