The Morcón of Iberian Pork Loin is a product elaborated with the best lean meats of Iberian Acorn-fed Pork Loin, cut into pieces and then packaged by hand in natural casings.
It is a handmade product that acquires its flavor thanks to the mixture of spices and the maceration process. The sausage is manual and is done in natural casings for better curing.
The piece that is delivered weighs between 800 / 900 grams approximately.
Recommendation: keep in a cool and dry place until consumption.
Morcon de jabugo
Una de las cosas que mas echa de menos mi hijo y que siempre tenemos en casa para cuando viene. Su chatito de vino y su morcón de jabugo. Se nota que es artesanal. Muy rico.
Sorprende
Sorprende gratamente por la calidad del producto, aunque nos consta que es una tienda de alta gama, pero es muy natural y artesanal y se nota desde el primer corte. El morcón es mi ibérico favorito y es de los mejores que he probado.
