At Sabores de Jabugo we offer a wide variety of products, from Iberian pigs fed on acorns in the pastures and raised in extensive livestock. Everything within the region of the Natural Park Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche.

Iberian pork loin of certified quality is a piece that is characterized by its perfect point of maturation and intense natural flavor. It is a product considered of gourmet category which is good base for a snack of quality or the perfect starter in your celebrations, lunches and dinners.

Served in pieces of approximately 500 grams and 1 Kg.

The reason for its enormous success is the dedication which Sabores de Jabugo craftsmen lay in the curing process: choose the optimum moment, cut into half pieces and proceed to the vacuum packaging.

Recommendation of use: store it at room temperature, open it one hour before serving, and present it duly.

Conservation mode: keep it in a cool and dry place, protected from light.



Una pasada de Lomo

El chorizo jabuguito y el salchichón estaban buenísimos, pero el Lomo ya se sale.. menudo entrevetado que tiene.. El sabor es una pasada, y el aroma cuando está cortado y emplatado.. me hace la boca agua. Gracias!


    Que calidad!

    Al principio pedia yo solo pero cuando mis compañeros vieron el paquete que me llegó a la oficina casi todos se apuntaron al siguiente envio. El lomo es lo que mas lo ha triunfado. Es una delicia cortado finito con unos picos de pan.
