At Sabores de Jabugo we look carefully the elaboration of our products from breeding until it arrives at your home, with a dedication to the Iberian pigs, which are fed on acorns in our region of the Natural Park Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche.
The Acorn-fed Ham is a premium piece. It is the result of the usual feeding technique on acorns of the Iberian pigs of our pasture and its careful and slow traditional curing. This is a combination that creates a unique flavor in these pieces, and that is what the customer values above all.
The weigh of the pieces starts from 6,5 up to 8 Kg (depends on your choice) and they are selected individually by our masters in Jabugo.
